DEC Connect offers Delaware Electric Cooperative customers convenient account management features. Users can access their usage and billing information, handle payments, report account or service issues to customer support, and receive important communications from DEC.

Additional Features:

• Bill & Pay: Easily check your current account balance and due date, manage recurring payments, and update payment methods. You can also access your billing history, including PDF versions of past bills, directly from your mobile device.
• My Usage: Monitor energy usage through graphs to help identify patterns of high consumption. The intuitive gesture-based interface allows for quick navigation through the graphs.
• Contact Us: Contact DEC via email or phone with ease. You can select from various predefined messages, attach images, and include GPS coordinates if needed.
• Maps: Maps feature displays the locations of facilities and payment dropboxes for easy reference.
